All wedding dresses that are made to measure cannot be refunded as these are made to your exact size. If ordering the dress directly from the website please measure yourself correctly or use a professional to do this. Our seamstress will only make the dress to your measurements given, thus no mistakes will be held on our part. Please remember that all wedding gowns, even made to measure may require some small alterations for that perfect fit. Dresses are made as per specification unless special instructions are given at time of order.
Dresses can take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. This can sometimes be sooner but at peak wedding season times this can lead up to 10 weeks.
If sending in your own picture for us to make your dress, please remember that we are working from a picture and cannot see exact detail, we will however try to make the dress 95% the same as the picture and work with you at all times.If a dress has arrived with us and has been damaged or is found not to be suitable for re-sale, you will be notified straight away and will have the option of awaiting another dress or a full refund. We are not liable for any other costs.
If ordering through our website, postage is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for postage costs. A signature is required so we know you have received the item.
