Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions!
All our dresses are now on a made to measure service as we find this will give you the absolute best fit for your dress and is the most popular method and preference of buying from our customers. Made to measure dresses take approximately 6-8 weeks. Ten weeks in peak season
All dresses must be paid for in full, no refunds given on made to measure dresses as these are made to your measurements and cannot be re-sold.
We do have some samples of the dresses for you to try but sometimes dresses do prove popular, especially at the wedding season and we may not always have the dress available. Please remember that our samples are tried on by many and need replacing and at busy times this may take longer than usual to replace. There will be an alternative dress in the same style for you to have an idea of the fit. The dress you choose will be brand new and made to your measurements.
Our dresses can be ordered in colours other than white or Ivory, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help!
Plus sizes are also available.
When attending for a fitting or taking your own measurements ,remember to wear shoes that will be a similar height to what you will wear on your big day, and don't forget mum or a friend too!
P&P charges are from £15 dependant of dress weight, this is for a signed upon delivery service,
Collection is welcome.

Remember! If visiting us for a fitting before purchase, please do not wear any make up or perfume as we like to keep the dresses as pristine as possible for the next person!
